Sketchbook
These images are from my sketchbooks, which form the basis of my original work. I work in the landscape making detailed pen and ink drawings through which I develop an understanding of the how the mountains and fell ‘fit together’.
I record details of weather, colour and texture in watercolour studies. I use photographs to provide back up material... follow the development of sketch to final piece.
