Susan’s striking and atmospheric images draw you into moor and mountain landscapes, evoking memories of ever changing weather and light and familiar feelings of place.

Susan's feelings of place are also reflected in the popular images she makes of her local area – Hadrian's Wall snakes across the empty landscape, moors and fields march away to the vast horizons, always under moody skies.
