Monoprint: step-by-step
My monoprints are usually made after visiting particular locations where I spend time drawing and making watercolour sketches. I use the information obtained to inspire my printmaking at Northern Print Studio in North Shields.
The resulting image is not repeatable (hence the name monoprint). It is an exciting process with which I can produce surprising imagery.
